Global Awareness - Meet your Global Neighbour

With Global Awareness you can volunteer in elementary and middle school classrooms. You have the opportunity to share your culture, customs and language with young American children. The mission of the program is to bring multi-cultural understanding into the classrooms.

After you are settled with your new Host Family, contact your Community counselor and let her/him know that you would like to participate as a Global Awareness Volunteer.

This is a great opportunity for you to be an ambassador for your country!
